OUR STORY
A path forward for individuals living with chronic pain
Relatyv was founded on a simple belief: patients deserve more options than medication, injections, and surgery. We’re bringing innovative, non-invasive pain treatment directly into the home through a nationwide network of nurses and service providers.

Chronic Pain Care
Didn’t Exist for Patients.
For years, Dr. Will Bozeman worked alongside patients searching for relief from chronic pain.
Many had spent years, and even decades trying medications, injections, procedures, surgeries and therapies without finding the lasting results they were hoping for.
He saw a healthcare system that often left patients with only a handful of options: stronger medications, more invasive procedures, or surgery. Ultimately at the end of that long path doctors and patients gave up and patients would resort to just suffering in pain.
During his work in biotechnology and regenerative medicine and pain management, Dr. Bozeman discovered a therapy that had been helping chronic pain patients for decades. It was FDA-cleared, clinically supported, and capable of helping patients reduce pain without relying on surgery or long-term medication use. Yet most patients and doctors had never heard of it.
He believed that needed to change.
Relatyv was created to make chronic pain care more accessible, more personal, & easier to receive by bringing care directly into patients’ homes through a network of specially trained healthcare providers.

Chronic Pain is One of America’s
Largest Healthcare Challenges.
More than 51 million Americans live with chronic pain,
and over 17 million experience pain severe enough to limit daily activities.
Chronic pain impacts mobility, independence, sleep, mental health, and overall quality of life. As research continues to support non-invasive pain management, healthcare providers are expanding treatment options that reduce reliance on long-term medications and unnecessary procedures. At Relatyv, we believe patients deserve care that prioritizes function, mobility, and quality of life—not just symptom relief.

What is Neurofunctional Pain Management, and how can it help me?
Neurofunctional Pain Management (NFPM) is a non-invasive treatment that helps calm overactive pain signals in the nervous system instead of simply masking symptoms. It may help reduce chronic pain, improve mobility, enhance sleep, and restore quality of life for people living with conditions like back pain, neuropathy, arthritis, fibromyalgia, and joint pain. Every treatment plan at Relatyv is personalized to your unique needs and goals. Learn more about how it works on our Neurofunctional Pain Management page.
What types of chronic pain can Relatyv help treat?
Relatyv helps adults living with many forms of chronic pain, including peripheral neuropathy, lower back pain, sciatica, arthritis, knee and joint pain, fibromyalgia, migraines, postoperative pain, and lingering pain from old injuries. During your consultation, we’ll determine whether Neurofunctional Pain Management is an appropriate treatment for your condition.
Is Neurofunctional Pain Management covered by Medicare?
Yes. Neurofunctional Pain Management is covered by Traditional Medicare for qualifying patients. Before treatment begins, our team verifies your insurance benefits and explains your coverage so you understand any potential out-of-pocket costs before your first visit.
Do I have to travel to receive treatment?
No. One of the biggest advantages of Relatyv is that we bring care directly to you. Your nurse or trained provider visits your home for each treatment, eliminating the need to drive, arrange transportation, or spend time in waiting rooms.
Is Neurofunctional Pain Management safe?
Yes. The therapy used by Relatyv is FDA-cleared, non-invasive, and supported by decades of clinical research. It does not require surgery, injections, or opioid medications. Your treatment is delivered by a specially trained healthcare professional who monitors your progress throughout your care.
How do I get started with Relatyv?
Getting started is simple. Contact our team by phone or through the website, and a Patient Care Coordinator will answer your questions, review your health history, and verify your insurance benefits.
