Crystal began her career in Emergency Medical Services in 2008 as an EMT-B and completed her Paramedic certification in 2010. She served seven years with a local EMS agency, including more than three years as a Firefighter/Paramedic with the same organization, before gaining experience in private EMS and advancing to the role of Flight Medic. For three years, she worked with a regional air medical transport service, providing critical care transport via both fixed-wing and rotor-wing aircraft. She then managed an on-site medical clinic within a food production company, delivering general healthcare and workers’ compensation treatment to roughly 700 employees for over three years. Throughout her career, Crystal has remained committed to delivering compassionate, patient-centered care — treating every individual with the same dedication and respect she would offer her own family.
